At Piedmont Brewery & Kitchen, I dealt with a high-volume environment for two years (and some change) straight. While I dabbled in serving, my main role was being a senior hostess. I trained new hires, took customer complaints, fixed technical issues in the middle of rushes, repaired seating mishaps, and more. My duties as a host were endless - I would sometimes have to hop on the expediting line and send food out of the kitchen during our rush if the manager was caught up. I am used to a high-volume, stressful environment, and even then, that environment did not phase me as badly as it did when I was first hired.
In short, I can adapt and do what is needed if it goes outside my usual routine; I have no issue multitasking and assisting my coworkers and/or customers all in the span of a quick ten minute walk-around.
