- Transformed the business from a 3,000 square foot mom and pop shop operation with minimal employees into a 9,000 square foot operation with over ten employees.

- Accelerated growth of the business from 2017 until present increasing revenues from 1,100,000 million dollars in 2017 to well over 2,400,000 million dollars for the current year.

- Supervised all aspects of construction of our new store in 2017-2018 from hiring the architect on the project, the civil and structural engineers, general contractor, and checking on construction multiple times a day to ensure achievement of time and budget goals.

- Engineered a marketing strategy that allows our business to stay relevant with our customers by engaging them regularly with sales promotions and content while growing our Facebook page to over 8,000 followers and our Instagram to 2,000 followers.

- Led our company through one of the toughest and unknown times in history during March- April 2020 at the height of the pandemic by staying in contact with local authorities to ensure our business stayed open, our employees got paid, our customers got served, and most proudly that we did not need PPP loans.

- Budgeted all company expenses to meet profitability goals ensuring our overhead was maintained within a healthy range even with fluctuations throughout the year in sales.
