As an employee at Playa Bowls Kensington, I fill a variety of roles. I interact with customers face-to-face, handle phone orders, work to make and fulfill the orders and work as a part of the team to deliver great customer service. It is a fast-paced environment with constant adaptation and changing of roles depending on the situation.
