• Cast Activities Liaison by creatively coordinating cast outings, special events and create daily incentive programs for over 100 Cast Member’s in a cost-effective approach

• Monitor and ensure successful implementation of safety through promotional safety awareness projects in the region by bringing in fun and incentive ways for Cast Members to produce safe outcomes in their areas
