I have been with MUSD for 20 years. I have worked with preschool for 11 years, and for the last 9 years, I have worked with special needs kids at Structure Learning.

• Assisted students with disabilities in completing daily activities and assignments.
• Provided one-on-one support to students with special education needs.
• Facilitated small group instruction for students who required additional assistance with course material.
• Implemented positive reinforcement techniques when working with challenging behaviors.
• Supported special education teachers by providing feedback on lesson plans, objectives, and modifications.
• Escorted students to restroom cafeteria, outside to playground and on field trips.

I work with the 3 year old kids. My duties were

• Assisted in leading and organizing activities for children such as arts, crafts, games and reading stories.
• Ensured safety of the children by monitoring their play areas and activities throughout the day.
• Maintained classroom cleanliness by tidying up toys, wiping down surfaces.
• Do lessons plan that were developmentally appropriate for each age group.
• Assisted with toilet training .
• Taught children foundational skills in colors, shapes and letters.

My duties at the daycare were working with the 3-year-old kids.

• Developed and implemented lesson plans based on curriculum objectives.

• Supervised children during meal times, playtime, and other activities.
