• Communications with clients and performing active delivery back to clients with their Audi. Following up with clients to maintain the highest CSI possible.

• Provide the highest level of professional service for automobile needs of the high profile client
• Arrange and schedule automotive repairs. Including, making all arrangements for valets, tows and alternate transportation.
• Following through on repairs, invoicing, payment, working with House Managers to ensure timely delivery back.
• Follow up to ensure highest level of client satisfaction and to ensure high CSI
