I manage crews on ROW maintenance for AEP. I see that my leaders are keeping their equipment in compliance. I manage crew costs and I'm tasked with keeping the crews supplied with their needs to get the job done safely.

I trained field employees on safe work practices, and also provided trainings such as:

1. Electrical hazard awareness.

2. SRT climbing techniques.

3. Specialized equipment operations.

4. Entry Level Driver Training.

I was tasked with leading my crew to maintain the ROW to AEP specifications. I was in charge of ensuring my crew followed safe work practices.

I helped with every aspect of the operation from tree felling, skidding operations and dozing operations.

I started with this company as a trimmer and equipment operator. I moved up to foreperson within a year. I was tasked with running FRA widening contracts under bid. I also ran a T&M contract for CSX doing signal line clearing.
