PSA(Parts/Service/Accounting) Artwork/Forms:

• Creation/Editing of PSA forms using both Output Designer and testing with Doc Origins
• Updating form formats (i.e. Service Invoice Type 1 to Type 2 or ELF form)
• Installation of PSA forms
• Intermediate understanding of Service form data manipulation using UFO function
• Implementing new checks or newly installed printers
• Opening FO's
• Working larger scale projects for artwork changes
• Excellent understanding of implementing and updating logos, using photoshop if need be
• Constant contact with the client to keep them updated and to follow up consistently to ensure prompt turnarounds
• Coordinating with Parts/Service/Accounting support teams when needed to workaround install, ensuring minimal downtime for the customer

F&I Artwork/Programming:

• Creating/Editing F&I forms using Adobe Indesign and Acrobat Pro when needed
• Opening FO's
• Uploading edited forms to the Library & generating new eForm ID's for brand new forms
• Extensive knowledge on how to navigate the eForms library
• Editing/Creating mapping for new and existing forms
• Fully installing forms to a client's system
• Swapping out artwork changes for existing forms on a client's system

Phones:

• Creating cases for incoming calls
• Resolving issues for existing/new cases live over the phone with the client, all within a respectable timeframe
• Well versed in customer support and speaking with clients/handling difficult situations
• Ensuring clients call gets to the correct department if the case is not something my department can handle

• Handled Windows Updates for equipment crucial to operations of various EMS and 911 centers in the area., as well as troubleshooting all errors with updates.
• Accurately and methodically review/record all alarms and microwave readings for various towersites/microwave hops for the EMS/911 centers each month
• Calmly handled any calls coming in from various customers regarding their equipment on my own due to working over night

• Created the recipes for various in-house items, as well as prepared these items multiple times a week while assisting coworkers on various stations of the kitchen
• Mastered the various stations in the kitchen, as well as trained multiple people on said stations
• Assisted in ensuring customer satisfaction each time there was a concern
