• Controlled cash and credit card payment transactions at front desk to successfully reduce errors.

Until his death I mainly worked on a personal level for the former CEO of the FBME Bank, this was mainly personal chauffeuring but also picking up guests from the airport, taking them on tours and occasionally surveillance work.

• Interacted with various management groups to manage day-to-day operations and identified and resolved operational problems using expertise and judgment.
• Developed, recommended and implemented measures to improve productivity, performance, quality and career path for my team members, this included myself taking RoSPA advance driving course, instructors course, and ensuring all drivers also passed.
• Employed, Mentored and guided drivers to foster proper completion of assigned duties to bank standards.
• Built strong relationships with very senior management through positive attitude and attentive response.
• Purchased, maintained and disposed of all bank and Director's personal vehicles, including motorcycles.
• Personally responsible for all cash withdrawals from the Central Bank of Cyprus, and dispersal of cash to clients when required.
• I was involved in various aspects of security as required.

• Waited for passengers at designated high-volume locations such as airports and popular nightlife spots.
• As well as regular tours of Cyprus from mid 2003 I specialized in tours to the Turkish occupied area of Cyprus.
• I also had access to the British military bases on Cyprus and regularly picked up military personnel for private functions.
