  • Aloha my name is Paul Ringholz & I am 19 years of age. I graduated Campbell high school year 2018. In school I took intrust in automotive, wood shop, & other hands on activities. I also wrestled for 4 of year of high school. Shortly after graduating I took an 1 mouth corse at Honolulu Community College. In this corse I got to learn hands of trining for different types of triad skill regarding carpentry, wood work, sheet metal, & welding. A lot of this work I have done in high school so going into the corse I had experience & knew somewhat I was doing. During this corse I have also started working for Flagship Express Car Wash. They had just opened up their first location on the island in Waipio HI. I started with this company from the very start. My employer & I had to figure out how to make the company grow & succeed. I started as an concierge & the company promoted me to a supervisor & shortly after promoted me to an assistant manger which I am currently. This has been a very wonderful & amazing experience with this company but I do have to move to a life long career job & something I can take seriously to even retire. I have took insist in this triad because there is a lot of hands of trining & that is something that I can enjoy. Also there is a lot of work involved & I am willing to sacrifice, show my loyalty, my dedication, & commitment to this company. It would be my pleasure to become apart of this company & to become successful in this triad.
