I started my fitness journey summer of 2021. I had just gone through a break up so i hit the weights asap. I had lost over 40 lbs and was able to obtain a muscular figure. Health has always been important to me because its important to take care of yourself. Early this year i began to feel bodily aches and knee pains being only 19 this concerned me. A friend of mine invited me to a mat pilaties studio and I quikly fell in love and signed up for a membership. The lower impact excersises were showing more progress then lifting ever did. I soon began to not only look better but feel better and I hope to encurage others to do the same!
