• Worked closely with doctors, nurses, and medical staff bridge the gap between the religious and technical needs of a patient's care

• Under the supervision of two rabbis, lead the congregation (~300 families) in prayer and music on Sundays (between 2 - 3 times a month); emphasis on engaging youth congregates via song with the intention of educating on key Jewish lessons and stories
• Organized and planned community-wide events surrounding all major holidays (attendees usually totaling ~100)
• Taught Sunday school classes (ranging from K-12), with an emphasis on preparing each age group to lead their designated Shabbat
• Shaped curriculum and facilitated adult Torah classes

• Taught classes on Sundays and Wednesdays for Grades 5-7; developed strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues by maintaining open lines of communication and fostering a supportive learning environment
• Created curricula outlines on peoplehood, middot, and social justice
• Supervised and assisted other teachers in creating their curricula and implementation logistics work (interdepartmental planning, lesson planning, teaching skills)
• Maintained accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behavior to facilitate ongoing communication with parents about their child's educational journey

• Facilitated and supervised the daily activities of 100 teen participants traveling throughout Israel (visited archeological and historical sites, lead hikes, promoted interactions with other religious group)
• Directed staff of ten, including madrichim, security guards, nurse, and bus drivers
• Led weekly Shabbat T’fillot and Havdallah for all participants in the unit and their staff
