
As a co-teacher. It is my responsibility to collaborate with the lead teacher to create a positive learning environment for our students. I help supervise students throughout the day, both in the classroom and during outside time. I help develop strong, creative, and diverse lesson plans to give students numerous and wide-ranging learning opportunities. It is very important to keep a clean, neat, and organized classroom so that each transition runs smoothly. I communicate daily with students, parents, and other faculty members.
My position started in November as a temp cashier position. In early December I was asked if I wanted to move to a full time permanent employee. After I accepted I was promoted to a customer service associate. Not only was I responsible for giving the best customer service I could offer, I also had to handle both in-store and online returns, financial transactions, Bill payments on top of many other tasks. Unfortunately the hours didn’t work out for my family causing me to leave.
My responsibilities were but not limited to making sure each associate was providing the best customer service available. It was my responsibility as a supervisor to make sure our payroll was on target. I had to make sure all machines were running properly. I had 7 associates that were below me that I was responsible to schedule and delegate tasks for them to report back to me.
