Master Metal Detectorist

I have been metal detecting since 1986, and have vast experience and knowledge regarding this hobby. I compete Nationally at times, and also do Relic recovery. Formerly an officer in the Illini Historical Research and Recovery Club.  No other hobby or activity I have ever been involved in has taught me as much as this hobby. It truly makes me think on the fly, adjust, compensate, and adapt to my environment in real time. All the while  computing a myriad of factors leveraged in tandem to instinct and intuition allowing me to assess my possibilities for treasures below.
