I would go above and beyond contouring to the satisfaction of guest. Many people would be traveling from near and far away to visit. And many of them, although they had goggle. It was comforting to them that I was knowledgeable about the area, best ways to travel, events and so forth. I took time after work or on my off time to research events in the city, so that I can better inform guest. As a member of the breakfast team, I asked to be constrained at the bar and banquet so that I could lend a extra hand since my shift ended early, Any request or ways within reason that I could accommodate guest and be a helpful asset to my company felt good. And what made me feel even better. Is that many of the guest returned back each year and asked for me.
