Working specifically for various insurance companies and at the same time, traveling within 3-4 different states, my primary task was to complete a risk assessment for the clients of the individual insurance companies. Risk assessment simply implies analyzing any situation at the clients location that may present a risk or loss to the insurance company.

While owning, operating and overseeing all the various functions of CMZ Homes, Inc, a homebuilding company, a secondary business known as Summerfield Development Company, a land acquisition and development company, was also owned and operated during that same time. Unfortunately, the 2007 housing crisis changed the homebuilding landscape radically enough that both previously successful businesses ceased operations.
