I began my journey about 3 years ago studied every day for hours on nutrition and training to find the most effective way to build muscle and lose fat. I trained and dieted every day to reach closer to my goals and through sheer determination to better myself I achieved what many could not and that was a body that I could be proud of that I worked so hard for years on.
