  • While working here I have the opportunity to be responsible for leasing, marketing, administrative duties, and customer/resident relations.
  • As the senior community assistant, I lead the other community assistants in daily tasks, training new community assistants, mitigating workplace incidents, and promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

  • I helped correct and teach the kids appropriate ways to interact with others and themselves. This was done through a point system and teaching the kids a new social skill in the morning.

  • Overview of the tasks completed: Consistent prompting to promote sustained attention to help with the kid's ADHD.
