Created an effective work environment and promoted teamwork from within. Had responsibilities such as schedule making, interviewing, and training. Bartender for the past two years and would take care of over 30 guests at once or worked service well catering to over 300 guests at a time.

Largest indoor venue in NM with the capacity of over 3,000 people. Fast paced bartending with speed style cocktails. Comfortable with staying late as shows wouldn't end until 5am. Would be in charge of the bar and keeping closing operations to a certain standard.

Worked every position in the store and was shortly the kitchen manager near the end of my career. Ordering, Opening, and closing were consistent responsibilities and gave me my first experience of being in a role of management.
