I’ve gained experience in both creative and leadership roles—most recently working at Houge & Co. Flower Shop, where I assisted with event florals, client coordination, and social media. I’ve also led large-scale projects like TEDxLagunaBlancaSchool as Executive Producer, managing a 25-person team and securing major sponsorships. Through my role in Alpha Phi, I’ve further developed skills in event planning, communication, and marketing—all while staying organized and detail-oriented in fast-paced environments.

• Led sponsorship outreach and secured 25 sponsors—including Chevron, Sonos, the Mosher Foundation, and Santa Barbara Women’s Club—raising over $60,000 to fully fund the event
• Ran dress rehearsals, coordinated event day execution, and served as event emcee, ensuring a polished and impactful attendee experience
