• Oversaw project execution, phase progress, workmanship and team performance to drive on-time completion of deliverables.
• Negotiated with vendors to gain optimal pricing on products resulting in substantial increase in profit margin.

• Started retail gun business selling surplus law enforcement items. Added a machine shop to build custom rifles and suppressors and a parts business to sell surplus parts online. I sold the business in 2020.

• Started a law enforcement training company with approximately 43 employees at its peak. Sold the company in 2007 to Blackwater, a defense department contractor. From 2007 until 2009 I was a vice president in charge of digital learning and special projects for Blackwater.

• Sold police equipment to agencies in the northwest on commission and then salary.

• Bought a retail feed and tack store. Closed it down after two years after big box stores came to town.

• Developed land and built over 20 homes for sale. Closed down the business in 1991 after the market crash and moved to Idaho.

• Protected citizens by preventing crime, enforcing laws and apprehending suspects.
• Executed law enforcement patrol functions in assigned locations for extended periods of time.
