  • I have 2 wonderful boys that are young, and they are our world. I love taking them golfing with me. They enjoy it for the carts, I enjoy it because I enjoy searching for golf balls on par 3's.

Accomplishments

  • At my current job when you become a General Manager they get to give an award to their mentor. I have received two of those awards from General Managers that were promoted under my leadership. I have achieved our top 5% of the company award once, and that same team we created received it again the year after I left. When I took over Bowling Green we were 588/677 in the company. We are currently residing around 50th in the company.

Culture

  • The biggest piece I bring outside of awards and my tenure with my company is a drive a fierce culture. I hire quickly and I fire quickly. Finding the right person can be difficult and challenging. It is okay to be wrong when hiring someone. It is not okay to allow your mistake to continue to bring down your ideal team. Promoting a healthy culture makes everyone's lives easier, including upper management.
