I have 24 years experience, 13 in research and development experience and the last 11 of this combined R&D with LATAM and Colombia sales management. My principal skills are of improvement of the company EBIDTA focusing on high impact applications in different production lines such as changing conventional caustic ash process to enzymatic process for gelatin extraction at PROGEL Colombia and PRODEGEL Ecuador. I was also involved in the development of extraction process and application of poultry byproducts processing plant for use in injection blends with final application in poultry processing plants in fresh and frozen poultry marinades. As a result of this process the ingredient developed was a success in the international markets, starting the export process that currently represents 50% of the production volumes and 60% of the company's annual turnover, causing a positive impact in the growth of sales and profitability. With this new product line, we evolved the market to use new ingredients for poultry marination, being today at the forefront in clean labeling trends, making Proexcar the last 3 years a reference of other producers and marketers of this type of ingredients for chicken injection. Knowledge in ISO 9001:2008, ISO 22000:2005, BPM, HACCP, AIB, BASC certifications. Experience in international supply chain management.
