As a dispensary agent, my job is to greet, assist, and or educate customers on cannabis product and deliver an enjoyable experience for all guests that visit. Some specific tasks I focus on are

• Informing clients of policies and procedures.
• Maintaining accurate records of client communications, transactions, and allotment amounts within the system.
• Resolving customer complaints with punctual, polite and professional service.
• Delivering exceptional customer service by proactively addressing concerns and fostering a positive experience throughout all interactions.

As a host and server my job was to greet guests with a positive attitude and offer a welcoming experience to the restaurant. I would enforce my abilities of

• Handling high-pressure situations with composure, effectively managing large parties or unexpected events during busy shifts.
• Answering customer questions about hours, seating, and menu information.
• Taking reservations and to-go orders by phone, answering customer questions, and informing of accurate wait times.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by promptly greeting and seating guests upon arrival.

As a bookseller my job was to upkeep a vast inventory of many different genres and different types of books and products. My tasks also included

• Manage cash register transactions accurately, ensuring proper handling of financial transactions and minimizing discrepancies.
• Collaborate with management to create eye-catching displays that showcased popular titles or themes, increasing visibility for featured books.
• Maintaine an up-to-date knowledge of current literary trends, ensuring accurate recommendations for customers.
• Maximize store efficiency by cross-training in multiple departments, allowing for seamless shift coverage and reduced downtime.
