I have experienced leading a team to perform at the highest level to try to achieve team success, by teaching them plays and individual techniques to put them in the best position to win. I have experienced leading individuals to grow his/her real estate business from the ground up, by teaching them the skills and tasks it takes to develop trust and integrity in the community.
