My main responsibilities are to make sure all the customers are well served, take their orders and make sure everything is well explained from the menu, if they have any questions always give a full explanation. Could easily take care of many tables at once and give the customers nothing but great service. Food wise I have a vast experience as I have work in the kitchen too. I also have a wide knowledge in wine and cocktails.

• My main responsability is to make sure that everybody gives their 100% on their role in the kitchen, always showing with examples how te work has to be done and being part of the team as Im part of the line during my duty
• Checking the itinerary and making sure we have everything ready for the next day
• Order produce and every kitchen supply we may need

• I started as a busser and worked my way up to server, then I prepared myself to become bartender and balanced my days between server and bartender
• My responsabilities were mostly serve tables, always give the best costumer service.

• I used to work on the salad line and dessert
• I also managed to work with the grill, working with most meat cuts and Seafood

• My job consisted mainly in the pasta side, but I would jump in if needed on the salad side or with the pizzas as well
• I had knowledge on every side of the kitchen but my main was the pastas
