Clubs

At Martin County High School I have achieved a lot in clubs and teams. I played for the Martin County Basketball team learning skills in responsibility and grit which I apply in my every day lifestyle. I also am going to be part of the Golf teams which I have shifted over to golf which has taught me patience and balance in my life which I use in customer service to handle/diffuse situations. I also use these skills to become a better person overall. I am also part of the National Honors society which we host fundraisers and meetings after school throughout the year. This club promotes scholarships, service, leadership, and character which allows us to become ready for the life after high school and sets us up for successful careers. I am also apart of the Culinary Arts program which we fundraise/host events and cook food for banquets. In this program I have learned the career of being a chef and learned the safety precautions of prepping food and has inspired me to take on the foodservice industry like places as in Three Natives which I have always had a passion to work at.

Additional Information

I have always had a love for Three Natives. I love the calm environment and dedication of the workers to get the job done. I have spent the last two years learning about equipment, safety precautions, how to handle food properly and everything about the food service industry. I have a very team player mentality and only wish that I can contribute to making the staff and environment better, while also ensuring quality food and customer service. I have had the practice in customer service as a host and food prep attendant, which has taught me to have the best possible customer service and food quality at the same time to make customer satisfaction its best. I have been complimented in being calm and funny keeping positive emotions in the work place environment to make the staff stay positive. I have a passion for health and fitness, I go to the gym 5 times a week and eat my healthiest to keep my body a healthy and happy to be a better person in my life. My dedication to my body has taught me self respect and maturity in attitude and has been a very important part of my life. Açaí Bowls are a huge part of my diet being healthy and high in vitamins which is what is needed for a healthy life style.
