• Maintained impeccable office organization to support efficiency, professionalism and performance objectives. To make sure that we are treating our patients with the upmost care and respect. To make sure that our patients always feel comfortable and safe where they want to come back to our office. To assure them that they can call the office with any matter that pertains to them and it will be taken care of.

My position was to obtain prior authorizations for any testing that the Doctor's ordered. I also did biling and coding and matched the superbills and the copays that was collected at the front desk. I also helped where needed and gave lunch breaks and morning and afternoon breaks as well.
