I have been loyal to the Muckleshoot Casino Resort for 30 years. I'm excited to have the opportunity to possibly be pit manager, it is my goal. I understand and exercise the Mission, Vision,Values.I am a hard worker whose guest obsessed & have developed many meaningful relationships over the years. I interact with the guests to make it a fun experience, making sure their needs and concerns are met. I walk the pit to ensure game protection, and enforce procedures to protect financial assets. I am well rounded to both day/night shift I understand casino operations as an opener/closer. I communicate with the Shift and pits to ensure all needs are met. I multitask well under pressure, as well as I prioritize tasks for time management I have trained/mentored team members. I have empathy and compassion understanding coworkers diverse culture, to help when needed respectfully. I focus on enhancing guest experiences and operational efficiency. Proven ability in conflict resolution, professionalism, and effective communication with other departments. I lead with integrity and personal accountability. I am still learning as I grow, ready for new challenges.
