As a flight line expeditor, was responsible for seven C-130W and C-130H aircraft directing maintenance actions

• Directed flight line maintenance for 214 airman through 7 specialty codes in support of seven C-130 aircraft.
• Reviewed aircraft for all documented inspection and maintenance actions in aircraft forms, IMDS.
• Maintained orderly and safe work environment by enforcing tool control and FOD awareness, prevention, and safety.
• Supervised aircraft maintenance for scheduled preventive actions and unscheduled requirements.

Duties included managing 32 personnel and acting as liaison between the Flying Units and Maintenance Units. Additionally, sourced and acquired personnel specialized tools, and equipment required for flight.

• Documented all inspection and maintenance actions in aircraft forms, IMDS, and FERMS.
• Removed and installed aircraft subsystem assemblies such as engines, rotors, gearboxes, transmissions, and mechanical flight controls.
• Recorded maintenance actions in aircraft logbooks.
• Read and interpreted aircraft documentation to determine repair feasibility and methods.
• Troubleshot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems and tested equipment following repairs.
