· Work for some of the most dynamic operators in the county and implement large scale leasehold strategy, mineral title analysis, due diligence and stakeholder negotiations
· Led acquisitions teams on complex project involving garmented mineral ownership, high-value tracts, and accelerate drilling timelines all while consistently meeting operator objectives and maintaining strong relationships with mineral owners and partners
· Procured approximately 35,000 acres of leasehold for clients in the Cherokee Shale play in Western Oklahoma, leading to large scale drilling operations in this area within the last 2 years
· Started a small Non-Participating partnership in which we have taken Non-Op positions in approximately 25 wells in the west ern Oklahoma Cherokee play, the Delaware Basin Powder River play and the Oklahoma SCOOP/STACK
