When working at the Zoo, i worked in the gift shop. My jpb included working the cash register when needed, stock up the store before opening and fill in shelves when needed throughout the day, clean up the store when closed and help customers look for specific items.

I was tasked with making sure Health Care Providers had all of the proper documentation, so they could continue to except certain Health Care Plans. This included going through their applications and making sure they had all of the required documents the Health Plan needed. If items were missing then if was my job to reach out to the providers and get the required documents buy the deline. Everything had to be done in a timely manner cause each Health Plan had a specific deadline, and the work could not be late.

When working at Academy sports i had to know the products we were selling. So when the customers came in I could point them in the right direction. The customer would come in with certain needs and it was out job the help them out in any way we could.
