While working for Rib City I was promoted to lead bartender for weddings, parties, caterings, and any events up to 140 people. I was also the lead server/part time manager at Rib City, managing and serving at the same time. At Pizza Gallery and Grill I was very adaptive and was able to learn the menu very quickly. After a couple months, I became a trainer and started bartending for Pizza Gallery. At Texas Roadhouse I became a closing server, bartender and trainer after 3 months of employment.
