• Direct facilities, maintenance, custodial, security, and transportation operations across seven schools, a maintenance facility, District office, and residential property totaling 585,000+ sq. ft. on approximately 139 acres.
• Lead a 37-member facilities organization through building-level head custodians, with responsibility for recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations, staff development, and compliance safety training.
• Develop and manage the District’s 10–20-year Capital Improvement Plan, identifying $30–50M in future facility and infrastructure investments and aligning priorities with operational needs, enrollment, asset condition, and energy goals.

• Directed $10M+ in HVAC upgrades and replacements, building automation improvements, lighting and infrastructure modernization, multiple learning-center and maker-space renovations, and a three-acre solar field installation.
• Lead District-wide physical security infrastructure encompassing 300+ surveillance camera lenses, 570+ card readers, hundreds of door contacts, secure entrances, access control, and integrated video systems.
• Manage contracted student transportation serving 2,700+ students, overseeing routing optimization, vendor performance, contract administration, regulatory compliance, service reliability, and long-range transportation planning.
• Oversaw building automation system and monitored HVAC, security and audio-visual systems, maintaining functionality of equipment.
• Mentored facility staff, fostering skill development and promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Oversaw maintenance operations for facilities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
