Im Samirah Griffin, I have 3+retail skills and 3+ management/team lead skills.

As someone who has delt with alot of customers i try to understand them and come to an agreement with them trying ti make sure the customer is always satisfied.

i get along with my colleagues and try to be a leader more than a follower, i have a great work life balance and amazing time management and can be there for my colleagues when needed such as if someone calls off i can be there to fill in even on my off day. I never pass up opportunities such as overtime and even just staying to help others. I can get my job done without distractions and balance multiple tasks in a healthy manner. I pride myself on attendance only to ever call off for EMERGENCIES only.
