I have worked as a paraprofessional for 20 years in first grade. This year, I am currently working in Kindergarten. I worked the afterschool program for 18 years. My role as a paraprofessional has been to assist students in small groups, assist students one on one with learning skills. I also helped the teacher with anything needed in the classroom and handled basic classroom duties. I am currently still working at RCPS in Kindergarten.
