As an employee of North American Lighting, I think that I will make a great asset to your team. I can use the computer with the skills of all Microsoft Office, outlook, Plex, Kronos. I have been through Supervisor Boot Camp. I have had training in the following TWI training, JIT and CPR. I am a very good trainer, I understand people on all levels, and how to teach them the responsibilities that we all have as employees to make this the best possible company to work with. As a planner, I bring an understanding of organizational and planning skills. As a supervisor, I bring understanding and knowledge of how a department is run. I go above and beyond in everything that I do. I am not afraid to ask for help. I am looking to further my career here at North American Lighting. I am currently in rolled in SNHU to get my Bachler’s in Business Management/HR. I would love to be able to continue to better myself in North American Lighting.
