and hostess duties as scheduled

. On call duties to fill in as needed for call outs

. Daily fresh food prep, assemble subs, salads, and orders in a

timely manner for lunchtime customers

. Handle cashier duties and end of day cash balancing

. Maintain stock room, ie. ordering both food and restaurant

supplies

. Sanitize all equipment and customer areas daily

. Utilize high density laser printer to scan and digitize CAD

drawings, blueprints and photos.

. Organize and maintain office for maximum work space and

efficiency, ie., filing and supplies

. Answer company phones, communicate with current and

potential clients and direct calls as needed

. Input appraisal data for clients using insurance specific software

platform

. Handles all necessary changes and updates to client files and

appraisals

. Responsible for all walk-in customer interactions, customer

email and phone communication
