Moving the the hot product from ovens to cooler, and than after it cools down, moving the products into freezer and making sure its staying cold. After the product is cold I need to make sure that its ready for packing and take it out the freezer. I also have the pallet jack license which I use moving the pallets and trays. I also know how to operate the forklifts and the rider.
