Previously owned a monarch way station in Southern California that released over 60 migratory monarch butterflies yearly, with the use of native milkweeds. Was recognized by the Southern California region of the Future Farmers of America program in 2022 for increasing the survival rate of western monarch butterflies over 90% without bringing plants, caterpillars, or butterflies indoors, and maintaining their migratory behavior.

Removed undercoat buildup and conducted de-shedding on double-coated animals such as Huskies. Dematted dogs and trimmed hair in ears and between paw pads. Swept floor and took out the trash to keep the building sanitary.
