- Tenant Management System, This project is aimed to help renting Flats in a housing society. The Project allows Tenant, Owners and Leasing agent login. Tenants can pay rent, maintenance fee and be able to sign the lease online. Owners can receive Rent automatically. Leasing Agents manage vacant Flats, do maintenance tasks, contact vendors to support maintenance and record the actual monthly expenses incurred in a Society. The Project helps in such a way that a comprehensive tool to manage with Society Notice boards, time to time change in administrative rules and regulations.
- Industrial Automation System, This project is aimed to develop an integrated platform independent software which circulates large amounts of data among its various departments and produces proper output according to the real time environment.
- Secured Network Conferencing Using VOIP, This project evolves in the VOIP environment, sending text and voice using a single window is possible. Auto security is included for both text and voice packets. IP telephony can be attached with the system in the intranet environment directly and in the internet environment through VOIP server. Security for voice and text packets is provided using AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) and CBC (Cipher Block Chaining).
