At Sunridge, I assist residents with daily needs such as toileting, brief changes, and personal care. I help with laundry, sheet changes, and maintaining clean living spaces. I safely use Hoyer lifts when assisting with transfers and respond to call lights promptly to meet resident needs. I also help residents get to activities and assist them in the cafeteria, providing respectful and supportive care throughout the day.

• Monitored changes in clients' health status and reported concerns to family members or healthcare providers.
