Roswell Marine manufactures marine audio, towers and accessories for the marine industry and during transition from Indmar to Roswell, Covid severely impacted the company's ability to produce and deliver products. Roswell was forced to shut down for several weeks and layoff a majority of manufacturing workforce. Was able to offer assistance and and asked to help in any area to cover immediate needs. Slowly industry picked up momentum as Covid mandates began to lift and outdoor activities became acceptable.

  • Assisted in assembling audio systems from amps, speakers, wiring harnesses, to complete system install at OEM's.
  • Worked in several areas of manufacturing to better understand systems and gain product knowledge.
  • Stocked and managed inbound and outbound warehouse inventory to include forklift operation, shipping and receiving, and product packaging.

As business started to return, a product spill was identified and customer service background was needed.

  • Managed customer service response team, field repair technicians and replacement initiatives.
  • Coordinated with OEM dealer network and customers affected by spill.
  • Traveled to dealers throughout United States and into Mexico to assist service technicians at on site locations to include consumer's homes.
  • Completed of 200 field repairs and left company in manageable position prior to accepting my current position at EVOA.
