Dedicated professional with a strong background in airline ground operations. Known for exceptional customer service and safety management skills. Prepared to utilize extensive operational knowledge to further enhance team dynamics and operational success.
I haveave dedicated 28 years of my career to the airline industry, beginning in 1998 with a contract company working part-time on the ramp. In July 1999, I joined US Airways, beginning a career that has given me extensive experience in ground operations.
Throughout my career, I have worked in virtually every area of ground operations, giving me a broad understanding of the challenges faced by our employees and the importance of teamwork, safety, efficiency, and customer service. For more than 19 years, I have served in supervisory roles, developing my leadership skills and learning how to support employees while achieving operational goals.
I have also had the opportunity to help build and develop stations, including locations that started with only a small number of employees. I have contributed ideas and implemented improvements designed not only to strengthen the operation but also to make the workplace better for our employees. I believe that listening to employees and understanding their needs is an important part of being an effective leader.
Today, I am proud to continue my career with American Airlines. After nearly three decades in the industry, I believe my experience, operational knowledge, leadership background, and commitment to our employees position me to take the next step in my career.
My goal is to continue growing as a leader and move into a higher-level leadership position where I can use my experience to develop people, improve operations, build strong teams, and contribute to the continued success of American Airlines.
I am ready for the next challenge and excited about the opportunity to bring everything I have learned throughout my career to the next level of leadership.
