Summary

Over my college career I have made it a point to get to know as many people and learn as much as I can. I have been in many environments such as athletics, administrative offices, catering, retail, non-profit businesses, and even in foreign academics. This has developed many of my skills as well as a new passion. Since most of my work is within an office building, I am no stranger to any sort of professional tasks or paperwork. Because of the other activities in my life, I work with limited time very well, but I believe that it is important to finish what I start, and I am often told that I do good work fast.

My position as a produce partner and a Schreiner University Ambassador has greatly improved social skills, developing a professional vocabulary and refining my words to be clear. These high interaction roles have sharpened my customer service skills and has made me very comfortable in social settings.

The following are my responsibilities as a produce partner at HEB:

  • Assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
