  • Lead the launch of a new store. This included setting up the vendors, VIOP phones, Tekmetric, and various other systems. I worked diligently to provide a 'signatures only' launch for the owner, who remained relatively hands off through launch and on-going operations of this location. Within its first month it posted over 100k. By the end of its first operational year we posted 1.9 Million in sales. During its first complete fiscal year, it posted over 2.1 Million while maintaining top-notch customer service, as witnessed by a 4.8 Star Google Rating.
