Traveled to company locations (Auntie Anne's, Cinnabon & Carvel) in Florida, Texas and Tennessee. My responsibilities were to manage all aspects of each store, from operations to training, ordering, scheduling and all employee matters. I was responsible for making sure each location ran smoothly and that employees were trained on all 3 brands. The stores are located in Gaylord Resorts, so it was important that each store was operating properly at all times. My main store was inside of Gaylord Opryland

I started as an entry level crew member and quickly mastered all aspects of store operation. I was promoted to a supervisor position, and subsequently was asked to be a traveling general manager.
