I started as a part time associate and worked my way up to a full time position in the plumbing department. I was asked if I was interested in moving up to another position if it became available. When the millwork specialist position became available I applied for it and was given the position. Then I was informed of a supervisor position that was going to be available, so I applied for it and was given the position.
