I led our team, enforced company policies, and addressed any complaints by bringing them to the general manager or owner. I also managed inventory, counted registers and made bank deposits, and assisted with hiring but mostly training new staff members. Additionally, I logged food and ice cream temperatures into the red-book and filled out customer contact reports. My main focus was on maintaining high standards of quality and service while ensuring smooth daily operations.
