  • Ensure production occurs as scheduled, by directing the team to produce the required number of batches and cases
  • Make adjustments to schedule as needed with help of resource, ex: move up PCO, cut batches such as scheduled to run 11 batches of fruit punch only run 10
  • Set-up team for success on package change-overs by pre-planning and communicating properly
  • Based off of schedule communicate to team when 24hr or 30hr clean up will be to best minimize the downtime
  • Ensure accuracy of downtime data in Zarpac with support of resource
  • Work with operators to ensure input of comments into Zarpac
  • Schedule call-ins, and OT daily/weekly with support of resource
  • Complete daily Mars and SAP data entry/reconciliation
  • Complete daily breakage report
  • Review and sign off on QA paperwork
  • Ensure Bad Material Reports created by shift are filled out properly and turned into resource and quality
  • Ensure AM input measures are completed (CIL, CL, Defect audits) for all machine centers, verify audit is completed and inputted in tracker, follow-up with any employees who did not complete checks
  • Ensure 5S is maintained and sanitation is to standard along with Team Lead Office 5S and sanitation
  • Assist in troubleshooting day to day issues.
  • If issue cannot be resolved or maintenance help is needed escalate to maintenance and resource for support
